How Vicati Works

1. Find your new home online.
Using our easy to navigate new home search, find new homes that appeal to you.

2. Contact Vicati Homes.
We will schedule an appointment for you to view the new home communities of your choice with a Vicati Homes Representative. Contact Us.
(It’s important to note that in order to qualify for the 1% cash back, you must be accompanied by a Vicati Homes Representative on your first visit to the new home sales office. Other restrictions apply.)

3. Purchase your new home and close escrow.
After you have found the home you wish to purchase, you will complete a purchase agreement with the new home sales consultant. Once your home is completed, you will close escrow, and will be able to move into your new home.

4. Receive your 1% cash back reward.
Within two weeks of the close of your escrow, you’ll receive a check from Vicati Homes for 1% of the base price of your new home.
