How is Vicati Homes able to offer a 1% cash back reward?
Vicati Homes is a California Licensed Real Estate Brokerage
that is able to work with both the buyer and the seller
of new homes. When Vicati Homes represents a buyer to
a seller of a new home, the seller may offer a commission,
also known as a “broker co-op”. A portion
of this broker co-op to Vicati Homes is then rewarded
to the new home buyer, up to 1% of the base price of
the home.
If
a buyer is not represented by a broker, such as Vicati
Homes, the seller is unable to give this broker co-op
to the buyer.
(It’s important to note that
in order to qualify for the 1% cash back, you must be
accompanied by a Vicati Homes Representative on your
first visit to the new home sales office.

How much can I qualify to purchase?
The amount of the loan that you may qualify for varies
depending on your credit, down payment and loan program.

5.
I’ve visited the new home community with my Vicati
Homes Representative and have found the home I want
to purchase. Now what?
After you have found the home you wish to purchase,
you will complete a purchase agreement with the new
home sales consultant. Your new home sales consultant
will go over the details of your purchase with you and
will inform you of your next steps in the home buying
process.

I’ve visited the new home community without
my Vicati Homes Representative and have found the home
I want to purchase. Now what?
Because you have visited a new home community without
the representation of a Vicati Homes Representative,
the seller will not work with Vicati Homes. It’s
important to note that in order to qualify for the 1%
cash back, you must be accompanied by a Vicati Homes
Representative on your first visit to the new home sales
office.

I’ve purchased my new home and I closed escrow.
Where is my 1% cash back reward?
Congratulations on your new home! Your 1% cash back
reward may take up to two weeks before you receive it
in the mail. If more than two weeks have passed, please
call us immediately so we may be of better assistance.

I have a friend or family member that is looking for
a new home. Do you have a referral program?
It’s great that you would like to help your friends
and family and you should definitely be rewarded. Any
time you refer a client to us, in return, we will give
you a 0.1% cash back reward on their new home. For example,
if they purchased a $400,000 home, your reward would
be $400 and your friend or family member would receive
$4,000! We really appreciate your referral. Thank you!

need some assistance from the builder. Who should I
contact?
If you need assistance from your builder, please contact
your builder's sales representative. If you have other
concerns, please feel free to call your Vicati Homes
Representative and we will definitly be happy to assist

If I get the 1% cash back from Vicati Homes, will I
still get any incentives that the seller offers?
Receiving the 1% cash back from Vicati Homes does not
take away any incentives that the builder may offer.
You’ll receive the 1% cash back and any other
incentives that the builder may offer if you agree and
follow their terms of that incentive.
